FACILITIES at Prematerra Farm allow for year round boarding and riding. The barn is located on 145 acres with an adjacent 150 acres for you and your horse to explore. In addition to the natural beauty of the woods, pastures and ponds there are two arenas. The 100x200 foot outdoor arena includes a full set of stadium jumps, and the lighted indoor arena includes dressage markers and barrels for racing. The tack room is heated and air conditioned and has a lounge with windows overlooking the indoor arena. In addition to several dry lots and turn-out pastures, all with shelters, Prematerra has 11 stalls attached to the arena and plans for 5 more.
